BrokerSMS PRO — Subscription Terms

• Your PRO subscription renews automatically each month on the same day of the month you subscribed, until you cancel.
• Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal date.
• We notify you by SMS or email of billing activity, including successful charges and failed payments.

• The standard PRO price is $135 per month.
• Promotional pricing of $89 per month is available only to the first 20 PRO subscribers. Once 20 promotional subscriptions are filled, the standard price of $135 per month applies to all new subscribers.
• Subscribers on the $89 promotional rate keep that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and uncanceled. If a promotional subscription is canceled, the promotional rate is not guaranteed on resubscription.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time, by either method:

• Online: sign in to your dashboard, open Billing, and choose Manage billing to cancel.
• By text: reply CANCEL to any BrokerSMS message.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your PRO access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the FREE plan. Payments already made are not prorated or refunded.

The FREE plan includes access to All In-Stock Deals, limited to 5 pricing pulls per month. The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month.

New members may receive 72 hours of full PRO access at no charge, beginning when they first message the service. No payment method is required for trial access, and the trial does not convert into a paid subscription automatically — you are only charged if you actively subscribe.

BrokerSMS uses automated and AI-generated content to produce quotes, proposals, payment estimates, messages, and recommendations. This output may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon or shared with a customer. Figures produced by the service are estimates, not offers of credit, and are not a guarantee of financing terms, vehicle availability, or final pricing. You are responsible for verifying any information before use.

• By subscribing, you agree to receive account-related SMS and email notifications, including billing notices, reminders, service updates, and feature announcements.
• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from messages, or HELP for assistance.
• Replying STOP stops messages but does not by itself cancel your subscription — use one of the cancellation methods in Section 3.

By subscribing — whether by replying YES to a subscription offer or by completing checkout — you authorize BrokerSMS to charge your selected payment method for the applicable PRO subscription price, on a recurring monthly basis, until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Stripe. BrokerSMS does not store your full card details.

We may update these terms. If a change affects pricing or renewal, we will give notice before it takes effect, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
